How to find this month birthday days left using Function

How many days left in birthday using user define Function. Ex : Today date is 03-12-2016 and Rahul birthday is 25-12-2016 that time how many days left on rahul birthday find using SqlServer User Defind function.

Hi You can make same query into a function as below - CREATE FUNCTION [dbo].[FindBirthday] ( @birthdaydate datetime ) RETURNS int AS BEGIN declare @days as int IF(@birthdaydate is not null ) BEGIN SET @days=(SELECT DATEDIFF(dgetdate()@birthdaydate)); END return @days; END GO Now you can get days using below query - SELECT dbo.FindBirthday('12/25/2016');

Sorry for mismatch . I have to create Function using find birthday Ex : Crate Function Functionname its mean i have to create one function using sql server So please help me .
