how to fix header footer and content with scroll?

how to fix the header and footer along with the the content must be scrollable accordance with the content in the fields.. help me on this topic please (in css)

We can fix a Gridview header by using jquery script file. Download the ScrollableGridPlugin.js file from google. include that in your application and follow the below. function pageLoad() { $(# ).Scrollable({ ScrollHeight: 180 Width: 0 }); } 1) In the above function gvDemo is your Gridview ID.
