how to genarate a logical schema for sqlserver2008

Alreay we genarate a database .In that database have tables and stored procedures.In that tables and stored procedures data also available.For that database how to genarate logical and physical schema

Which database you are using. If sql server then right click on database then select task then select generate scripts where you can select your database objects like tables and procedures and specify whether you need data as well. Thanks Manish
