How to generate Web Form in Run-time ?

I have website and this website have many photos and every photo has details if i click a photos linkethe linke redirket me to another page and this page have many control boxes and deatails becouse the WebSite adminstrater add many photos every day i need the steps to geraet pages in run-time

Hi. Create a href tag and give it's id and runat=server and on the click of photos set the src of href id and also set target=_blank; Example: .cs page ----------- href1.src=... ; href1.target=_blank ; thanks.
