How to get image file from other domain folder in C#?

Hi Team I have 2 project Project1 and Project2 now in project2 i want to get image from Project1 folder. I have folder path of project1 folder. for eg. http://localhost:2121//UserImages/428/SettingImages Now image is available under SettingImages folder. How i can get this Project1 folder image in Project2 application code. Please suggest suitable approach on this. Thanks.

Why do you want to use the same image in two different locations? I would recommend that you use the image in the same folder and reference it from other project. Do not use redundancy in your projects it may waste your HDD resources.
