How to get items of Listbox into CheckListBox with Check

Question

Hello Friends,

 

I have Listbox with multiple Items which contain Instrested  Subjects comes from database, & also I have CheckListbox which contain All Subjects.

When my ListBox is fill with Intrested subjects at same time CheckListBox subjects which contain in my listbox  subjects are should be checked

 

How should  I achive this?
