I want to work in C# Corner team. That is my goal for that what are the skills I need to develop. Please give me some advice.

As Shakti said check out MCN openings. But you being a young developer and student I highly recommend you join a large corporation and try to learn some work culture and get paid well. Those two things are very important. C# Corner being a community is not a traditional company. We do not follow many corporate protocols. We also do not have lot of money. C# Corner is NOT RICH. So we do not have funds to hire ton of people and also pay is not that great. Growth is also very limited. For example if you join a large corporation you will learn more than just coding. You will learn how to survive in corporate politics how to handle stress and deadlines how to work with co-workers and bosses. Those all matter and young students must go through all that to understand real-life challenges. Many youngsters who work in startups lack this experience and later may suffer when try to get a job in other companies.
