How to get stream of document

Question

Hi I am using silver light 3 and vs2008.Here how to get stream of word dcoument. I have tried below code to get stream.It not getting stream.its always returning null value. var str = Application .GetResourceStream( new System. Uri ( /RadControlsSilverlightApplication1;component/document.docx  System. UriKind .RelativeOrAbsolute));

Hi murali I got the stream after changing build action property to Resource.

Try the following things. 1) If you're not hosted the silverlight application then  don't use /RadControlSilverlightApplication1. 2) Select the document.docx file from Solution Explorer. Right Click-->Properties. Select the Build Action to Content. When do the above things I'm getting the stream values. Hope this helps you.
