How to get the Assembly Version at Code-Behind

Question

I need to get the Assembly Version from the Code-Behind. Here i have given the code like "SystemCoreAssembly . Assembly . Tostring" . But it gives the Whole details of the Assembly. I want only the Version.

Is there any idea please suggest me.

Have you tried Reflection System.Reflection.Assembly assembly = System.Reflection.Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly(); FileVersionInfo fvi = FileVersionInfo.GetVersionInfo(assembly.Location); string version = fvi.FileVersion; Mark as answer if helpful.
