How to get the commercial license for Visual studio?

Hi It is possible to sell a window/web application which is developed in visual studio without any commercial license ? Then how to get commercial license?

Hello Parthiban Most of the task can be completed using Visual Web Developer which if Free Product. Also there is Express Edition of Microsoft Visual Studio which does not require any commercial License and You are allowed to sell your Application in Market. As somewhere in Microsoft Policy it is clearly stated  There are no licensing restrictions for applications built using Visual Studio Express Editions. All the Best
