How to get the count of Users Unread Posts

Question

Hi All I would like to get the count of the Users Unread feed posts (Not Mentions). Any references or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Nishkalank Bezawada

Hi According to your post my understanding is that you want to get the unread or not viewed post by a user.
