How to get the particular column value through Headertext .

Question

I have a checkboxlist it contains gridview Column headerText. When i check a checkboxlist through the value of the Checkboxlist i want to get the particular row from the excel.

Can u explain more on this? Is it a dynamic adding columns to gridview? Do u have all the data in the DataTable or some kind of object and do u want to bind the column dynamically? Explain a bit more so u may be helped better.
