how to get windows server active directory users in window phone 7 (windows mobile 7) without using web service /wcf?

Hi all I am unable to get windows server active directory users data into windows phone 7 . microsoft comapct framework doesn't have System.DirectoryServices namespace. if any body found solution please post it.
