How to give Permission to access Registry in vista?

Question

When i am trying to access windows Registry in vista i am getting Exception for Security...It shows that the application dont have permission to access registry...so i cant edit registry...so please tell me how can i access registry in vista..My code is working in XP without giving any Security permission.

I am admin..but it may possible that on the another pc the user is not admin ....but i want to run application on that PC also...so what can i do???
