how to handle # character in querystring

Can anyone tell me how to handle # character in querystring. I am sending title = c# nutshell string in querystring to asp 3.0 page Please suggest something

Try replacing the # character with %23 which is its hex code.

Does the compact framework have Server.UrlEncode and Server.UrlDecode. That would be the obvious answer but I don't have the Compact Framework documentation in front of me.
