how to handle this situation in asp.net

Question

i have two accounts as follows

 

2400403900 Account 1
24777837780 Account 2

for the first account 1 2400403900 the amount is debited correctly.

for the second account 2 24777837780 the amount is credited wrongly.

how to handle this situation in asp.net using C#

for this how to revert back this changes.

please help me.
