How to have a fixed header for gridview control?

Hi friends Very good morning to all. I tried searching the net for some stuff but did not help me.. Can you`ll plzz help me out. I want a fixed header for my gridview control ... The code give in codeproject and csharpdot net freak.blogspot.com/ does not work fine.. Plzz help me........... Thanks
