How to hide all div's with same class name in a page?

Class names can not have spaces in them. So you have to think of it as 2 class names. Eg: class=word1 word2 Can be selected with the following: var myVar = $ ( '.word1.word2' ); In your specific case it becomes: $ ( '.rcbScroll.rcbWidth.rcbNoWrap' ). hide ();

using css we can do this. div.[ className ]{ display:none; } .test { border: 1px solid blue; width: 30px; height: 20px; vertical-align: central; } .test1 { border: 1px solid red; width: 30px; height: 20px; vertical-align: central; } div.test { display: none; }

Try with below code; divClass >Div1 divClass >Div2 $(div.divClass).hide(); Here divClass is class name of name DIV.

You can do it with jquery first include the jquery on the page: script src = http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3.1/jquery.min.js > script > and then on page you can write: text/javascript > $(document).ready( function (){ // when all html is loaded this method gets called $( .classname ).hide(); });
