How to host ASP.NET Web app on the local machine.

Hello  I have created a web app in visual studio and wanted to deploy it so that I can open it on my tablet or fone. As I am new to development can anyone help me and let me know about the step by step procedure.

Hope you have awireless router as well. Because your machine your tablet (or your phone) should all be in same network. Once successfully deployed you will be able to access it as follows: http://yourmachinename:80

Hi sanjay. There are two condition to deploy web application on server. 1.If you want use publiclythen you'll have to deploy on global IP(Server) thereafter you can access from anywhereany systemany Phone with internet. 2. But if you deploy your application on Local IP(Server) thereafter you can use only on local server not publicly.If your phoneMac is connected via Local server then Free to usebut if that is connected via Data pack or other server.it can't use.
