@Mayank Please be generally aware that xml processing is processor and memory intensive operation on SQL Server part. It uses about 1/8 memory (available to SQL Server) for this purpose.

I am assuming that all data is going in single table. If you are not using stored procedure you can construct the sql in C# and execute it. The sql will be like insert into tablename (columns) values (values) (values) The above option has limitation of 1000 rows. If you are using stored procedure consider creating custom table type insert data in the datatable in C# and pass entire datatable as a parameter to sp.
