how to insert multiple check box in .net c#

Question

plzz solve this 

 

 

 

first select product category from dropdown list..

then datalist show there related product we choose product by check box.

and we select other product category from dropdown list..

then datalist show there related product we choose product by check box. 

 

then click button submit insert product only that last product category  related product we choose product by check box. first category choose product not insert..
