Your DB design is wrong. You don't have any reference column between student and parent table. For example if you have two student with same name Pankaj then there is no relationship how to find right parents detail.

Hi Pankaj Two table Data in Database?? can you explain in detail? what exactly your requirement is. Because looking at your code you are inserting first into STU_Master and after that in Parents_Master and there is no relation ship between Stu_Master and Parents_Master. Please explain scenario in detail.so we can give you proper soultion.
