hi to install mvc 4.0 on 2010 required VS2010 - SP1 to down load vs2010 sp1 please refer following link http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=23691 also down load mvc 4.0 setup http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=30683 run this set up acept all term and condition press next - next -next it install mvc 4.0 hope this will help you.
