How to Integrate pay-pal API for Paid Membership?

Question

I have one Job Portal, in this different Price Registration Package option for Member to Register under this and I want to use 

pay-pal for Member can pay amount for Registration and I can get amount through pay-pal.

What procedure for this and how to integrate this in my (.Net)Application ?
