how to intigrate ups api with asp.net?

Dear all i downloaded the UPS Shipping API .i have access key and uid and password with me.am aneble to intigrate that api with my asp.net application .because iam not understanding the api what is the output and what are the services avillable in that api also am unable to understand .am attaching the zipfile of api please help me .how to use that services and what is the inputs and what are the outputs please help me.

If you look at the sample on GitHub it requests rates for two packages send from one US zipcode to another. So your input would be the from and to addresses and the package information the output is the shipping rate which you show to your customer. How you implement this on your website is something I cannot help with. That is highly specific for your particular business case.

Thanks again . input and output means .screen design in asp.net .what are the inputs i wolud like to know what is output in my website .am asking how can i use these like enduser like screen design .if possible please give me some example.

Can you give a more explicit example of what you want? There is sample code on that page and links to more documentation. I do not understand what you mean by what is the input and what is the output. Input and output differ for very API call available.
