How to kill excel process

foreach ( Process p in Process .GetProcesses()) { if (p.ProcessName == EXCEL ) { p.kill() } } i am using above code to kill the excel process..but it returns access denied error..please help me to kill all excel process...its urgent..pls reply..

If you read the stackoverflow thread that Vikrant provides you will see that the prefered solution is to clean up the objects and call xlApp.Quit as appropriate. You should also be careful to not cause loss of data by releasing objects and/or calling quit when there is unsaved data.
