how to know if a dynamic cell of a dynamic grid is changed

hello

i have a dynamic grid in a user control in wpf and i want to update the values of cells when they are changed in sharepoint. actully i need to know which cell is chnged but i don't know how to get it? because my dynamic grid is dynamic and my cells are dynamically as well and i don't know how i can give the id of the cell in my grid? can you help pleae? it would be very appreciated. thank you
