How to link a combo box items to a panel

Question

I have a combo box with different items and for each item there is a panel at the same bage .Is there a way to link from the combo box items to there correspondence panels for more details. Thanks

The same principle would apply. Create an array of buttons in the same order as the items in the combobox. The selected item in the combobox would then correspond to the button: buttons(ComboBox1.SelectedIndex)
