how to load ComboxValue From Db?..

Hi Friends I would Like to Know the Perfect coding for the Loading the Combobox Value from the database. I have stored the some text through the combobox..its stored in the db ..i want to retrieve from db and Load it to Concerned Combobox Control... Thanks in advance
