So you will have two applications - a Text editor and an Image viewer. Do you want to do more thing with image like moving it resizing it? Then you are asking for more. Search C# Corner for Notepad and ImageViewer separately. You will have to think about how to put an Image viewer within a Text Editor. You may have to draw it dynamically. I would recommend using WPF not Windows Forms.
