How to make a namespace in C# with some functions and use it

Hello i'am new in C# i have some tasks that i do in my applications how can i create a namesapce with some functions (tasks) and call those functions by decalring the namesapce in using clauses? ex: a namespace with MessageBox .

You can create a new A project and add References to B project so the project name A will be your namespace to use your A project's Class.
