How to make an android app both online and offline.

I am developing an android app.In this app I am using mysql database .

Because i want to change the database at regular interval .I got connection

and data from the mysql database.But i want to make my app both

online and offline. please help me.Send the correct answer.

Hi sharfeena You can add offline feature in your app by using HTML5 local DB feature for a instance you have to save data at client end and fetch that data in your application if user buy a product Offline when he connects to internet sync that data and check if an offline transaction done if yes then connect it to the payment gateway and with the details that entered offline. if Helpfull Mark it Accept Answer
