How to make code for cascading drop down with frameset

Question

Hi Friends,
 
     i m creating one new web application in that my requirements are


(frame set for columns=2)
(in left side)

 select country name: drop down(if i choose india)

 select State: drop down(depends on the country selection states are displayed here."TN,KA,KE,MH")

now depends on the state selection (right side frame)

display the html page



(Note: i already made html code for state wise)
