how to make configuration in c#.net windows form?

i develop movie multiplex software in that i put configuration setting but i confuse what to display in configuration.can u give me solution of that as soon as possible?

i'm sorry we are talking about wpf <frame x:Name="test" NavigationUIVisibility="Automatic" />. How do i change the
backcolor of the NavigationUI ?
