How to make count down timer for Time?

Hello! I would like to know how to write the coding with C# for count down timer for Time. e.g. Stop Time: 18:00:00, Now is 16:00:00, the timer should count how long to reach the Stop Time. If anyone know how to do it, please give me reply asap. Thanks!
