How to make disenable some button:Lock Computer, Turn Off, Shut down, Change Password, Task Manager when we press Ctrl + Alt + Del

Please help me to write a program (in C#) to disenable some button above when we press Ctrl + Alt +Del. Also, It hide Shut down and Run of Menu Start. Thanks
