I work in visual studio 2015 asp.net mvc project i need to make image galary with circle light

really I cannot know technique i will use(css or flash or what )

No that is done entirely using CSS because any web page will only be built using HTML CSS and JavaScript. The rest of the stuff anyhow gets translated down to HTML CSS and JavaScript. So even if you do use SQL database to fetch the data that would still somehow mean that you are going to use HTML to render the results on the screen. Since you show no interest in explaining the CSS or HTML code used (by you!) or the SQL structure that you have there is very little help that I can provide you with here... Sorry.

Sadly there is no navigation in this image. Only an image a button and a few white blocks. What do want us to build with this?
