How to make receipt format in c#

Question

I have made an application in c#GUI in which data is been taken and saved in SQL , but I want to print the receipt for that customer, so how to do it in crystal report or their is any other way to do it???

Sir CRV i got it but in form itself I have no idea any help regarding that & its an windows application made in c#gui(VS 2008 ExpEdi)

You can use a simpler approach - Report Viewer or Form itself. Is this a WPF or Windows Forms app?
