How to open and edit a .dxf file without using autocad in windows application(c#.net)

Question

I have a problem to open and edit a .dxf file without using autocad in my windows application(c#.net).I have to open that dxf file in a picture box... Please send me the source code or free tools for that in to my mail id.
In that project after opening the dxf file we need to calculate closed area.Please reply me as soon as possible
