how to open page on the body of the page

I need to open the page in the body of the page by clicking on the link from the menu without hiding the menu header and footer I tried target but not working. I do not know how to do it please help

Render a div (set some id) on the same page with a default hide class(hidden div) and on click of menu item remove hide class by using div id. Can be done in javascript or jquery both. Try this approach.

Hi You may need to use iframe for that. On menu click change the source of iframe to respective pages using script.
