How to open rss link in iframe

hii i am try to create a rss syndication website. I integrate rss feed into an page named default.aspx now when i click on any link for more detail it opens the link in new tab. Now what i want is to load the more detail page inside an iframe of my detail.aspx page. Any help plz.
