How to Parse Xml in windows Phone

Hi,

 

I have a xml file

http://54.179.170.143/vast/file/2dd0d927e9f48e608d595f73a92ffd58.xml

 

and I want to parse it and get the value of URL Tag

 

Please tell me how to parse it.
