how to pass crystal report fourmula fields value at run time

i want to pass crystal report formula fields value at runtime .. i used following code but it gives error rptdoc.DataDefinition.FormulaFields[bankname].Text = ajay; please help me thanks in advance

when i pas formula fields like this Global.rptdoc.DataDefinition.FormulaFields[0].Text = passing; Iam Getting this error The remaining text does not appear to be part of the formula. Details: errorKind Error in File Report {B1D9B2F9-7D83-4BA2-B9FB-A58165959594}.rpt: Error in formula bankname: 'passing' The remaining text does not appear to be part of the formula. its not working it gives me error Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002000B (DISP_E_BADINDEX))
