How to pass current itemid and listid in query string thru c

Question

I want to pass current itemid and listid in query string thru calculated field and want to make this calculated field as hyper link. Somehow I am able to pass the itemid but not getting any idea about listid and making it as hyperlink. Below is the formulla in my calculated field:
