How to play a vedio in basic html

Question

I am developing a simple web using html. I need to play a small video. I tried all the ways in w3schools but didn't work.. if some one can help me it would be great.. Thank you.

You can also opt for Video tag if you're using HTML5. It's quite simple...see the sample below. Remember video tag supports only three formats for now- .mp4 .webm and .ogg Hope it helps!
