I would suggest that you serialize the form and use POST request. Do not use GET request because everything would get appended to the URL. Instead use POST request and send the data of form to server either... Attached to a header or Use session state variables. Then the data can be passed in JSON format. Otherwise appending the data for network processing is not a good way to develop your application.
