You can google for 'Obfuscation .Net' you will get lot many sources. My suggestion for tool: http://www.preemptive.com/products/dotfuscator Even Visual studio also have inbuilt obfuscator with limited functionality. Hope I answered your question.

Before you buy a commercial obfuscator I'd read this article: http://jcooney.net/post/2010/06/06/The-sad-(but-inevitable)-state-of-NET-Obfuscation.aspx If you just want to prevent casual inspection of your .NET assembly then I'd use the 'free' Community Edition of Dotfuscator which Shweta mentioned.

If I understood your question correctly you want to prevent anyone from viewing the information of your DLL or Exe. If I am correct then Obfuscation is the answer.
