how to preview arabic in write site

I make application in visual basic 2010 English and Arabic English is ok but problem in Arabic when i change Language from english to arabic Arabic preiview from left site and arabic writeing standard from write to left please help me c

store the label text in the data base with byte format using string str = Textbox1.Text byte[] utf8Bytes = Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(str); again retrive the byte data from sql diplay dynamic in the label text using label1.Text = Encoding.UTF8.GetString(utf8Bytes);
