how to print values from a window form

Hello Guys i have a window form i want to print the values from textbox when i press print button... i m doing this via crystal report but problem is that when ever i have to print the form firstly report is opening then at report i have press the print button.

Mayur i want to print my form value as it is printing in reports and it does not matter for me it is either using crystal report or using some other method the link that you are providing is printing the form in image format. forleg i m working on 2.0 could u provide me code in 2.0
