Can any body suggest me: What is meant by publishing a WebSevices? & How to publish the WebServices?

Hi Lysle This is a good brief answer. But I want to get the little more detailed information about how to expose the webservice to the consumers. what is UDDI & can any body publish their services into this site?

You publish the web services to a site where it is exposed and available to its consumers. To publish it right click the web service project in your solution select Publish and follow the directions presented in the dialog.
